At Garuda, we have specialized in mastering the difficult art of recruitment for 40 years. We do this partly by following the steps outlined in the last section and partly by always using profile tools. Garuda's profile tools are developed in Denmark and are specifically designed for the Danish labor market and the way we conduct management in this country.

What is HR at Garuda?

HR, or HumanResources, is an important function in any organization, responsible for handling everything related to employees, from recruitment and hiring to development and retention.
Traditionally, HR has been focused on administrative tasks and personnel management, but at Garuda we see HR in a broader and more people-centered perspective.

HR should therefore, in our view, be renamed Human Relations, as this shift in terminology reflects that relationships between people are at the heart of a successful HR strategy.
It’s not just about managing resources (hence Human Resources), but about creating and nurturing relationships that foster a harmonious and productive workplace.

How does Garuda work with HR?

Our approach to HR is characterized by a deep understanding of human relationships.
That’s why we use evidence-based profiling tools such as the Competence Profile to identify employees’ and managers’ strengths and development areas.
Our philosophy is inspired by the Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard’s thoughts on meeting people where they are and developing them from there.
This ensures that development happens in a way that is in line with the individual’s personality and job requirements.

In order to work more strategically and business-oriented with HR, our HR work is anchored in data-driven processes.
This involves using data and analytics to measure and document the impact of HR activities, making it easier to argue HR’s value to management.
We also help companies integrate HR strategies that support their overall business goals.
