Strengthen your leadership skills with Garuda's leadership development course

Our leadership development course is aimed at internal coaches or trainers who need to support and develop leadership skills in the organization. Participants are introduced to a professional development program for the leader who has or is facing specific leadership challenges.

The leadership development course provides you with concrete tools from A to Z in a process and our best practice knowledge on how to plan, support and implement an individual leadership process in your own organization with Garuda’s person profiles. You will also have the opportunity to discuss with the other participants about their experiences with action-oriented learning.

Course information

Price

The price for a leadership development course is DKK 8,000 excluding VAT.

Practical information

The price includes course material and meals. We usually hold the courses in the Triangle Region.

The courses are conducted with max. 9 students per class. Teaching takes place from 9:00 to 16:00. To participate, you must be trained in the Focus Model and/or certified in the Competence Profile.

There is an option to create closed company courses.

Get equipped to facilitate a leadership development program

The overall learning objective is to be equipped to facilitate a leadership development program using Garuda’s person profiles and process descriptions.
This includes:

  • Plan and implement an individual leadership development program in your own organization
  • Identifying needs and being aware of ethical issues in individual leadership development
  • Using person profiles and mirror profiles in the process
  • Communicate the purpose and content of a leadership mission, development plan, logbook, etc.
  • Gain insight into relevant tools and concepts such as facilitation, coaching, mentoring and action learning.

In addition to the course material from Train the Trainer, the leadership development course includes a concept with appendices, posters, assignments, etc. that you can take home and use directly in your own organization.
