- Before the team process – identifying needs and benefits of the team process.
Communication to participants - During the team process – common language and exercises
- During the team process – team analysis, future focus and output
- After the team process – evaluation and follow-up
- Summing up and wrapping up

The price for the course is DKK 8.000,- excluding VAT.
Practical information
The price includes course material and meals.
We usually hold the courses in the Triangle Region.
The courses are conducted with max.
9 students per class.
Teaching takes place from 9:00 to 16:00.
To participate, you must be trained in the Focus Model.
There is an option to create closed company courses.

Team process with person profiles
As you can see, the course divides the team process into a before, during and after phase.
In short, the before phase is all about getting to know the team and its challenges and determining what the outcome of the process should be.
The sub-phase focuses on which exercises can be included to achieve the goal you have for the team process.
To reach your goal, it will be important to speak into a common language and a future focus area, among other things.
Many people skip the after phase in their busy day.
And that’s a shame.
Because then you risk losing all the valuable insights you and your team have gathered during the process.
So it’s crucial to evaluate and determine what the next steps are.
