With Garuda’s Second Opinion consultancy service, you get help recruiting the best employees.
You select the best candidates in the search field.
Based on the candidates’ personal profiles, we then guide you on how to make the best possible choice that benefits both you and the candidate.
This is what a typical process with us looks like:
Filling out a personal profile
You select candidates - Garuda sends Competence Profile and Garuda Logic
Feedback to candidate
Garuda provides candidates with individual feedback
Feedback to business
Garuda outlines the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate in relation to the position

You decide which candidate is suitable for the position
Onboarding report
Garuda sends a personal onboarding report to the manager and HR
- You select the candidates you want to interview. Garuda's consultant sends an e-mail to the candidate with access to the Competence Profile and Garuda Logic.
- We will arrange a meeting at your company or online where we give the candidates individual feedback on their assessment. Each feedback session lasts approximately 1 hour. The meeting is attended by a consultant from Garuda, the candidate and 1-2 people from your company if you wish to participate. If not, we offer a comprehensive summary of the feedback.
- After the feedback, we outline the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate in relation to the position.
- Based on the candidates' applications, the interviews and Garuda's Second Opinion, you decide which candidate will be offered the position.
- Once you have found your new employee, we will send you a personalised onboarding report. It is based on the employee's personal profile and explains what the new employee and the immediate manager should take into account and pay special attention to during the onboarding period.
