Two ways to go
At Garuda, we offer professional outplacement assistance.
As with our other consulting services, you have two ways of working with us in outplacement.
If you are certified in Garuda’s personality tests, you can complete the process with the terminated employees yourself. We recommend that you look for inspiration in the above structure and content. We are of course available for advice and sparring on how to use person profiles in the outplacement process.
You can also engage us as consultants if you want our competent management consultants to be responsible for the qualified outplacement process with the affected employees or managers.

Price for outplacement assistance
As mentioned earlier, we tailor the outplacement program based on the needs of the individual terminated employee or manager.
The exact price of the program therefore depends partly on what it contains and partly on the number of terminated employees or managers we need to help.
We can hold the course physically at your location or at Garuda. Or we can conduct it online via Teams, for example.
