We have developed an individual development program for leaders.
We can run the course for you, or we can train you to run it yourself with leaders in your organization.

The focal point of the leadership development program is our personality tests, but with a number of development elements that work and are easy to take home and implement in your everyday life.

We run the development course because we increasingly experience that our users are demanding individual leadership development for their organization.
Through our
train-the-trainer program, you can run such programs on your own, with personal profiles that you already know and have access to.
This saves you resources compared to many other leadership development programs, while at the same time providing you with a program that is already fully developed, but which you can tailor to the individual leader’s needs, for example by extending the program and adding more elements.

Leadership development takes 10-12 weeks

The program is adapted to each manager’s calendar and he can complete it without being away from his daily work for long periods of time.

We have chosen to structure our leadership development program in this way to accommodate the fact that the leader is already busy.
And partly so that the manager can quickly return home and implement their learning in their work.
Without addressing these two reservations, we run the risk that the ideas behind the development process remain thoughts without materializing into action.

However, for successful strategic leadership development, it is necessary that the process lasts for at least 10-12 weeks so that the leader has time to reflect on their leadership and test the new insights in their organization.
