At Garuda, we offer five different types of courses to help you become an expert in the use of our profile tools. The first two courses focus on basic training where you learn how to use our personality profiling tools effectively. The last three courses are advanced courses designed to make you even more competent in utilizing the personality profile tools to their fullest. These advanced courses dive deeper into advanced techniques and strategies so you can maximize the benefits of using our tools in your HR practice.

For example, you can become skilled at using the Competence Profile to identify and develop key competencies in your organization. Or you can learn to better understand the logical aspects of Garuda’s tools and how they can help structure and analyze data for better decision-making.

Certification courses in the Competence Profile

The Competence Profile is our largest profile tool and one of the most in-depth personal profiles on the market. Before you can work with the Competence Profile, you must be a certified user. You can become a certified user by passing our Competence Profile course.

Courses in the Focus model

Our Focus Model course will certify you in using the Focus Profile and Basic Profile. During the course, you will learn about the theories behind the Focus Profile and Basic Profile, and you will be trained in how to interpret others' profiles - and give feedback based on them

Course in the recruitment process

At Garuda, we offer four profile tools: the Basic Profile, Focus Profile, Competence Profile and Garuda Logic. Increasing in size and depth, they cover everything from recruiting hourly workers, specialists and top managers to developing the C-suite, salespeople, marketing, HR departments and much more.

Course in the team process

This course teaches you how to best include personality profiles in your team processes. The aim is to strengthen collaboration and communication in the team, which are crucial parameters when it comes to development and retention, where many consider good colleagues, professional collaboration and individual development among the most important factors for job satisfaction.
