Our development department
At Garuda, we have our own dedicated development department, consisting of skilled programmers, statisticians and specialists who constantly work to optimize and develop both existing and new HR tools and digital solutions.
Our team helps drive Garuda’s innovation and their expertise ensures that our solutions are always at the forefront of market needs.
This applies to validation studies, technical analysis, UX design, API integrations and front-end.
Our development department consists of internal and external specialists who share our value: ‘balancing people’.
Both external and internal development resources are located in Denmark.
Through continuous improvement and new development, we create intuitive and user-friendly solutions based on what we call ‘User Driven Innovation’.
With the concept of user-driven innovation, we listen to and involve our users in the development of our solutions, which is why we always have the user at the center.
Our digital development projects are based on a high ethical standard, which includes the Digital Ethics Compass.
