Here you can read about and order various tools and books that you can use to qualify, develop and vary your use of Garuda’s profile tools.
The support materials can be useful in a variety of HR processes, including recruitment at different levels, coaching and development of individuals as well as teams.

Focus card
Put the Focus model into play – literally.
Garuda FocusCards consists of five sets of 40 cards.
A set contains ten cards for each of the four colors/focus areas of the Focus Model, each with a statement related to the given focus area.
FocusCards are designed for working individuals and teams who need a greater understanding of each other’s differences, strengths, challenges and motivations.
The cards are an inspiring and entertaining way to help employees gain insight into themselves and their colleagues.
The statements on the cards are simple and easy to understand.

Focus board
Choose a Focus Board from Garuda if you want to illustrate your or your colleagues’ profile in a fun and different way.
Move the profile colors into place.
Are you mostly red and green?
Then let them take up the most space.
Or maybe you’re more green or blue?
Then of course they should stand out.
Your Focus Board can sit on your desk and reflect your general personal profile, the profile under pressure, or your current focus.
A Focus Board makes a lot of sense for team processes or recruitment.

Focus blanket
You can use Garuda’s Focus Carpet to highlight your work with the colors from the Focus Profile.
For example, you can keep the blanket in your department or take it out when you run team processes in your organization.
The Focus blanket is available in two versions (both excl. VAT and shipping):

Focus model Dialog card
It can be very helpful to have something tangible to speak from, for example in coaching and recruitment situations.
This A5-sized card, printed on heavy, glossy paper, is a practical tool that gives you the Focus model on one side and an overview of the four personality types on the other.
Ideal for one-on-one conversations about personal focus, strengths and challenges.
The map is available in Danish and English.

Posters
Get a different tool that has proven to be incredibly popular with our users, this set of three posters shows the four leadership/personality types in three different situations.
The humorous illustrations on the posters, together with the characteristics of the focus areas, provide an inspiring and constructive starting point for a dialog about the personality types’ very different approaches to work tasks, communication, change, problem solving, conflicts, etc.
The posters are available in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and English and measure 50×70 cm.

Competency Profile – Keywords
It can be very helpful to have something tangible to speak from, for example in leadership development or in recruitment situations.

Garuda’s founder, Finn Havaleschka, has written a number of books about the mindset that makes up Garuda.

Personality-Driven Leadership is Havaleschka’s latest book.
It argues for a greater degree of linearity in leadership so that personal leadership can become more stable and less dependent on fashion directions (Price: 80 kr. ex. VAT + shipping).
The generous leader is about meeting employees where they are based on their ambitions, skills and needs.
The premise of the book’s method is that leadership responsibility is shared between manager and employee.

Group module
With access to the Group module from Garuda, you can cut out a lot of administrative costs when handling multiple person profiles at a time.
The module helps you create mass mailings via a simple import function.
The Groups module keeps track of when questionnaires should be sent out and who should receive what content.
At the same time, the Groups module allows you to automatically create reports and send them directly to the respondent without you having to take any action.
If you want access to the module, it costs a one-time fee of 15.000,- excluding VAT, but including setup and support.
