Get certified in CompetenceProfile
Before you can work with the Competence Profile, you must be a certified user.
You will become a certified user during Garuda’s certification course, which lasts a total of three days.
The course educates you in the many possibilities of the Competence Profile, but also gives you the basic prerequisites for using Garuda’s other profile tools.
After completing the course, you will be able to use the Competence Profile in professional contexts immediately.
And after half a day of additional training, you can also use the Basic Profile and Focus Profile
CERTIFICATION COURSE A
(TWO DAYS): INTRODUCTION
The course introduces you to the Competence Profile and trains you to use it.
The trainer will go through the theories behind the Competence Profile and you will be trained to give feedback.
CERTIFICATION COURSE B
(ONE DAY): FINAL COURSE
In the second part of the course, you will take a final test where the teacher assesses your ability to interpret and provide feedback on profiles.
Once you have passed course B, you are a certified user of the Competence Profile.

Certification A + B: DKK 20.000,- excluding VAT.
The price includes meals, accommodation, training and materials. We usually hold the courses in the Triangle Region.
