Focus model
The Focus Profile and Basic Profile, based on the Focus Model, provide a clear overview of individuals’ focus areas and improve collaboration.
Certification in the Focus Model is required to use these profiles, which is achieved through a one-day course.

The Focus Profile and Basic Profile are both based on the Focus Model.
It contains concepts that provide a quick and clear overview of the individual’s focus areas.
In addition, the Focus Model shows the opportunities and challenges that can arise in collaboration between several people.
In order to use the Focus Profile or Basic Profile, you must be certified in the Focus Model.
The certification consists of a one-day course.
During the course, the trainer will go through the Focus model and educate you on how to use and get the most out of the Focus and Base Profiles.

The price for the course is DKK 8.000,- excluding VAT.
Practical information
The price includes course material and meals.
We usually hold the courses in the Triangle Region.
The courses are held with max.
9 students per class.
Teaching takes place from 9:00 to 16:00.
It is possible to organize closed company courses.

What can you use the Focus model for?
The Focus model works with four basic types of tasks that need to be performed and that individuals can focus on to a greater or lesser extent.
They are: basic tasks, integrator tasks, result tasks and developer tasks.
During the course, you will learn what characterizes the four types and be introduced to both the Basic Profile and the Focus Profile.
In addition, the trainer will train you how to interpret others’ profiles – and give feedback based on them.
